BAGHDAD, Jan 3 (MENA) – As many as 20 Daesh militants have been killed in a US-led coalition's air raids targeted Sinjar mountain in Kirkuk, northwestern Iraq.
A senior leader of the terrorist group, identified as Abu Anas Al Tunisi, was among the killed fighters during the operation launched on Friday, a security source said Saturday.
Meantime, Peshmerga forces countered the advance of Daesh militants into Tikrit city, northern Iraq, and killed a number of fighters during the clashes.
