Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that 20 detainees, abducted and prisoners along with one body were exchanged between regime forces and Syrian factions’ fighters in Idlib countryside.

The factions’ fighters handed over 11 abducted persons and prisoners including women in return for nine prisoners handed over by the regime forces, Head of the observatory Rami Abdel Rahman said.
