At least 43 people were killed and 173 others injured when Huthi militants indiscriminately bombed residential areas in Dar Sad district in Aden city.
The Houthi fighters targeted the district with Katyusha rockets and mortar shells, killing 43 people and wounding 173 others, Director General of Yemen's Health Ministry in Aden al Khadher Laswar said.
Aden Ghad newspaper quoted paramedics as saying that the injured were moved to hospitals for treatment.
The Houthi indiscriminate shelling comes after the Yemeni popular committees and Armed Forces clamped down on the Houthi fighters in a military base in Aden, according to a security source.
