At least 23 people were injured Saturday when their bus overturned and six vehicles crashed into it on Abu-Hamad-el Abbasa road in Sharqiya governorate.

Security leaders rushed to the scene.

Initial investigations revealed that most of the injured are laborers.

The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital to receive treatment.
