Officials at a hospital in Libya's second-largest city of Benghazi said 23 Libyan troops were killed and 204 were wounded in March.
They were wounded and killed in clashes with fighters of the Benghazi Revolutionaries Shura Council in March, a hospital spokesman told MENA.
Many soldiers have been discharged from the hospital, the spokesman said.
