As many as 232 Egyptians returned from Libya via Salloum crossing over the past 24 hours, said Marsa Matrouh Security Director General Anani Hamouda.

In statements on Thursday, he said as many as 74 of the returnees had illegally traveled to Libya.

Meanwhile, border guards foiled an attempt by 103 people to infiltrate into the Libyan territories.
