Twenty-four Libyan soldiers were killed in February in clashes with militants of the so-called Shura Council of Libyan Revolutionaries.
Spokesman for the army's Special Forces Gen. Miloud el Zawi told MENA that the death toll includes regular soldiers, reservists and volunteers.
