A total of 249 Egyptians returned home from Libya via Salloum crossing over the past 24 hours, Marsa Matrouh Security Chief General Hisham Lotfy said.

The group includes 183 legal and 66 illegal arrivals, Lotfy added in statements to MENA Sunday. 

Travel procedures of 416 people, including 179 Egyptians and 237 Libyans, have been finalized, Lotfy stated.
