Some 25 Daesh militants were killed in clashes with Peshmerga forces near Irbil, Kurdish officials said Wednesday.
Daesh militants were trying to advance towards northern Iraq when they were repelled by the Peshmerga forces with the help of the US-led international alliance raids, the officials told AL Arabiya satellite TV.
