At least 25 suspects were arrested in a security campaign in North Sinai on Monday, security sources said.

The campaign targeted the cities of Sheikh Zuwaid and Rafah.

The sources added that a number of hideouts and three tunnels used by the terrorists were destroyed in the crackdown.

Also, two explosive devices were defused.
