As many as 251 Egyptians returned home from Libya via Salloum crossing over the past 24 hours, said Marsa Matruh Security chief Mokhtar el Senbary.

Out of all the returnees, 161 Egyptians came back legally, while 90 returned illegally, he noted in statements on Sunday. 

Travel procedures for 627 people, including 184 Egyptians and 443 Libyans, have been finalized, Senbary added.
