Security forces arrested 26 terrorists who were involved in attacking police stations and governmental buildings in the governorates of Fayyoum, Minya and Bahira.
In Fayyoum, police arrested 13 members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group for attacking three police stations across the city.
In Minya, security forces arrested eight members of the terrorist group for storming the headquarters of the public prosecution in 'Dermwas' police station and the post office in the town.
In Behira, police arrested five Brotherhood members for attacking Hosh Isa police station.
The public prosecution was notified to launch an investigation into the incidents.
