As many as 286 Egyptians have returned home from Libya over the past 24 hours via Salloum border crossing.

Out of the all returnees, 212 Egyptians returned legally, while the rest came back illegally, said Matrouh Security Chief Hisham Lotfi on Tuesday.

Meantime, departure procedures for 532 passengers, including 212 Egyptians and 320 Libyans were finalized.
