A security campaign in the Nile Delta governorate of Gharbia managed to detain 290 fugitives in different criminal and finance-related cases.

Separately, 10 dangerous elements were arrested, in addition to eight others in theft and attempted murder cases.

Also, four unlicensed arms of different types, 39 types of cold steel knives and 29 motorcycles without licensed plates were seized during the campaign.

In addition, the campaign recorded some 980 traffic violations.
