Three people were killed and two injured when a microbus collided with a car near Badrashin city of Giza, the Giza operation room reported on Sunday.
In a press release, it said the microbus overturned and fell into Mariouteya Canal.
The wounded were moved to Badrashin central hospital.
A probe was launched into the incident.
