Three citizens were killed and 20 others were injured with gunshots and birdshots in gatherings and clashes in three different governorates.
In a press release on Friday, the Health Ministry said 4 citizens injured in Cairo while one killed and 12 others injured in Giza and one killed and four others were injured in Qalubiya.
The injured were moved to hospitals for medical treatment.
