Three soldiers of the Libyan Special Forces died of wounds sustained in an explosive device blast in the eastern city of Benghazi on Tuesday.

Spokesman for Libya's Special Forces Colonel Miloud Al Zawi told MENA an autopsy was performed on their bodies.

Earlier on the day, Zawi said that two commanders of the Libyan Special Forces were killed and four others injured in the blast.
