Three people drowned in Saudi Arabia after heavy rains poured over Riyadh on Wednesday night.
In a Twitter post on Thursday, the Saudi Civil Defense said 218 persons and 218 vehicles were rescued. 
The deaths were reported in Riyadh and al-Qassim cities which were hit by heavy rains as of Tuesday.
