Three Tunisian policemen were injured in clashes with some protesters in Kairouan city, a source with civil protection forces said on Friday.

The wounded police personnel were moved to hospital for treatment, he added.

Also, a fire engine was burnt by protesters who set fire to tires on a road in Dar Al Aman neighborhood of Kairouan city.
