Three Syrian soldiers were killed in cashes with rebels in Aleppo governorate, Sky New Arabia reported on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Syrian opposition shelled a public facility in Aleppo city, Syrian activists said, adding that a number of persons were killed and injured when the Syrian army helicopters have dropped improvised barrel bombs on Hretan City.

In the meantime, Syrian army units killed and injured dozens of members of terrorist groups in Rif Idlib, a military source said.
