The Iraqi air force launched airstrikes on Ramadi, Anbar province, killing 30 Daesh militants late Tuesday.

It also struck a booby-trapped truck that was to target Iraqi security forces.

The Anbar operations commander meanwhile denied news on being injured in a confrontation with Daesh in Ramadi, saying such rumors are only designed to weaken the morale of Iraqi soldiers on the battlefield.
