Thirty Houthi militants were killed Sunday in clashes with popular resistance groups in Yemen's southeastern province of Maareb.
Hothi militants attacked a raft of sites belonged to the resistance group in Maareb, but the resistance fighters managed to deter the attack and killed 30 militants.
The resistance fighters controlled the area of Al-Ashraf in Central Maareb following fierce fighting with Houthis in the area.
Saudi Arabia and an Arab coalition have been bombing the Houthis and their allies in Yemen's army in an effort to boost thr legitimate government in Yemen.
