Libyan interim government said in a message directed to the UNSC that at least 30 Libyan civilians were killed and hundreds others injured by Daesh terrorists in Sirte city.

Daesh commits several crimes against civilians in Sirte since Wednesday, said the message.

The message slammed the negative situation of the UNSC with respect to the issue.
