Up to 319 Egyptians returned home over the past 24 hours from Libya via the Salloum crossing, Matrouh Security chief Enani Hammouda said Sunday.

Some 161 of them entered illegally, while 158 entered legally, he said.

Also, travel procedures of 316 Egyptians and 195 Libyans were swiftly finalized.
