The joint Iraqi forces killed on Friday more that 20 members of terrorist Daesh organization during clashes that took place in Salah Eldin province.
A force affiliated to Baghdad Operations killed 16 terrorists in Anbar province.
The Baghdad Operations' forces defused an explosive belt, 117 explosive charges as well as 22 booby-trapped houses, according to a press statement issued by the Iraqi Defense Ministry.
They also destroyed two booby-trapped cars and 15 hotbeds of terrorists.
Clashes took place between the joint forces and Daesh in Salah Eldin province, said Iraqi local and security sources.
Casualties in the Iraqi forces were not reported.
