Public Prosecutor Hisham Barakat Wednesday referred 379 members of the Muslim Brotherhood who had taken part in the Nahda Square sit-in to the criminal court on charges of premeditated murder and sabotage.
Barakat also referred to police officers to the criminal court for torturing to death Karim Hamdy, a lawyer, at Matariya Police Station.
