Four fugitives were arrested Saturday at Cairo International coming back from Libya.
They arrived on board of an EgyptAir plane that landed here early on Friday.
They were referred to their home towns.
Also, a man was referred to the prosecution over using another person's passport to enter the country, security forces said.
