A clash took place Sunday between a number of Lebanese citizens and displaced Syrians in the town of Shebaa in southern Lebanon.
Sources said a financial dispute triggered the clashes, the state news agency NNA reported.
The injured were moved to Hasbaya Hospital, while dignitaries tried to settle the dispute.
