Sharqiya prosecutors on Sunday referred 40 people to Sharqiya Criminal Court on charges of joining Daesh terrorist group.

They are also accused of plotting to topple the regime and hindering the work of state institutions.

They were arrested with violence-inciting leaflets in their possession.
