As many as 45 Ethiopians coming from Libya returned home via Cairo International Airport Thursday.

This is part of efforts by the Egyptian authorities in coordination with the Libyan authorities to evacuate Ethiopians stranded in Libya.

The airport authorities finished their proceedings on board of the Ethiopian plane heading for Addis Ababa, a security source at the airport said.
