The activities of the 45th round of the high coordination committee of joint Arab action started Tuesday under Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby.

Directors of joint Arab action organizations and institutions take part in the event which aims at boosting cooperation and exchanging expertise among Arab League member states.

The two-day event will take up coordination and cooperation among joint Arab action institutions, development and activation of the committee’s work and cooperation between the Arab League and the UN, Head of department of Arab organizations and unions Mohamed Kheir Abdullah said.

The Arab Women Organization will present a paper on supporting the Arab women in light of the armed disputes in the Arab region, he said.
