At least 47 elements of the Syrian opposition factions and Daesh members were killed in clashes between both sides in Rif Aleppo in Syria.

Daesh killed 37 of extremist groups in an attack last night and 20 other fighters are still missing, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).

Also, 10 Daesh members were killed in the clashes, according to SOHR.
