At least 50 people were killed by an ambush by the Assad forces in eastern Ghouta in Rif Dimashq, Syrian activists said.
The Assad forces targeted a group that was moving wounded from Ghouta, the activists said without identifying the dead.
The Syrian news agency reported that the dead were members of a terrorist group.
