Egyptian Ambassador to Tunisia Ayman Mosharafa said Thursday that about 5,000 Egyptians have returned so far from Libya on board 18 flights since the deterioration of the security situation in the African country.
The flag carrier airline EgyptAir will continue operating flights from Tunisia's Djerba Airport to help Egyptians fleeing violence in Libya back home, the diplomat told MENA reporter.
