Port Said Criminal Court has postponed the trial of 51 defendants in violence and riots outside the provincial prison in January 2013 till April 26.
The defendants sought to attack the Port Said prison after a court ruling that sentenced criminals at Port Said Stadium massacre to death.
The defense said some of the defendants came under attack while being held on remand awaiting trial.
The defense team also demanded the defendants to be seen by forensic doctors.
