Iraqi forces foiled an attack by Daesh in the western province of Anbar, local officials said Tuesday.
Six Daesh militants were killed in the foiled attack, the sources said.
They said militants of the terrorist group failed to reach a government complex in Anbar's al-Baghdadi neighborhood.
Meanwhile, six people, including two Shiite militia fighters, were killed in two explosions in the northern town of Tuz Khormato, security sources said.
