Six people were killed and many others were injured in a bomb attack against a passenger bus near the Hamidiya market in Damascus, Syria, on Sunday, a Syrian security source said.
The source was quoted by the official SANA news agency as blaming armed groups of detonated a five-kilogram explsive device that killed six people and wounded 19 others.
He said bomb units of the Syrian army defused another five-kg bomb, which was hidden in a bag inside the same bus.
No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
