Egypt's ambassador to Libya Mohamed Abu Bakr said that the Libyan authorities on Saturday released 60 Egyptian workers who were arrested pending having their residency checked.The residency documents of 21 workers have been proved valid while the documents of 39 others have not, the ambassador told MENA correspondent in Tripoli.The passports of the 39 Egyptians were handed to the Egyptian embassy to complete the missing procedures so that the workers can stay in the country, he added.
