Prosecutor General Hisham Barakat ordered sending 64 members of the Muslim Brotherhood group to the military attorney general.
The 64, from Cairo, Alexandria and Port Said, are accused of committing terror crimes against public and police property, planting explosive bombs and torching a number of establishments.
Public prosecution investigations revealed that MB leaders had formed committees of armed members to serve as a military wing for the group and target judges, army and police members and vital institutions in the three governorates.
