Turnout in the Tunisian presidential election reached 64.6% at home and 29.68% abroad, Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (ISIE) President Shafik Sarsar said on Sunday.
No violations were reported so far since the start of votes cast, but also many rumors were introduced, the Tunisian official news agency quoted Sarsar as saying in a press conference.
Sarsar assured that he had not observed any major infringement that could disturb the ballot operation.
