Seven Iraqis were killed and ten others injured in two separate blasts rocked Baghdad and Diyala Governorates.

The first explosion occurred southeastern Baghdad after an explosive device went off, killing a citizen and injuring six others.

Meantime, six security explosive sappers were killed and four others injured while defusing a roadside bomb in Diyala.

The Diyala's explosive device was planted near a security checkpoint.
