Seven members of the blacklisted Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group in Gharbia governorate, north of Cairo, were remanded in custody for 15 days pending investigations for stirring up violence against police and disturbing peace and public security.
The suspects were arrested while in a protest with anti-police and army leaflets in their possession.
