Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood members

Seven members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood were remanded in custody for 15 days for investigations, Bani Suef's prosecution ordered on Wednesday.

They were accused of staging protests without a police permit under a law.

In December 2013, the government declared the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, blaming it for a string of attacks in the country and banning all its activities nationwide.

Most leaders along with thousands of members of the group have been tried and sentenced so far.
