Seven middle-ranking leaders of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group were arrested nationwide over the past 24 hours.

The MB leaders were arrested over charges of inciting violence, assaulting public and private facilities and taking part in hostilities, a security source said on Tuesday.

Also, 12 Brotherhood rioters were arrested for targeting army and police forces along with vital installations, the source added.

Legal action was taken and relevant prosecutions were notified.
