The Iraqi forces killed more than 70 Daesh elements in northern Ramadi, said the Iraqi military media in a statement on Monday.

The Iraqi forces in Anbar resume its military operations to liberate the governorate, the statement was quoted by the Iraqi News Agency.

Meanwhile, the security forces defused 40 explosive charges, the statement read.
