Eight civilians were injured on Wednesday when terrorists detonated a car bomb near al Zahra neighborhood in Homs City, according to Sana News Agency.

A source at the province told reporters that terrorists detonated a Kia Rio car filled with explosives near the square of al-Zahra neighborhood, injuring eight people who were rushed to hospitals.

The source added that two of the injured are in critical condition, and that the blast caused considerable damage to the site of the attack.
