West Tanta General Attorney Hisham Hassan decided on Saturday to remand in custody eight members of Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group for additional 15 days pending investigations.

They are accused of inciting violence as well as riot and disturbing public peace in Tanta Kafr el Zayat and el Santa townships of Gharbiya governorate.

Gharbiya security forces arrested the defendants according to a decision by the general prosecution.
