Eight persons were killed due to the ongoing clashes in Libya's Sirte city between residents and Daesh terrorist organization.

Daesh is now shelling suburb number "3" in Sirte with all kinds of weapons, said a military source on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Salafi youth fled from the city after controlling it due to the huge number of members of the extremist group.
