The military campaign, launched by the Syrian regime forces and Lebanese Hezbollah militants during the last 14 days, left 81 persons killed.

Mortar shells and missiles targeted the Zabadani city, Rif Dimashq, besieged by the Syrian regime forces and Hezbollah, Sky News Channel quoted Syrian activists as saying.

Zabadani clashes left 34 elements of Hezbollah dead as well as 17 regime forces, two of the Iranian revolutionary guards and 30 elements of the armed opposition.
