Nine members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group were arrested in Sohag, Daqahliya, Cairo, Fayoum and Menoufiya.
A Brotherhood member was arrested in Sohag over planting a homemade bomb inside Maghagha railway station last month, according to a statement by Interior Ministry on Monday.
Also, another MB member, the main suspect in killing son of counselor Mahmoud el Sayed, in Mansoura, added the statement.
In Fayyoum, a Brotherhood member was arrested over charges of attempting to storm a police station, attacking citizens, opening fire on a court in Fayyoum along with other several charges.
